Here are some of the bouquets I did for the Spring Bridal Fashion show with The English Dept. My favorite dresses of the show were at the beginning and featured a pale yellow dress and a few in greys.
Here is are some bouquets that went with this group...
this one is all shades of pale yellow and ivory - Moonstruck and Alexandra roses, Limoncello spray roses, fragrant white hyacinth, and blushing tulips. it is accented with drapey andromeda at the edges and a brown and ivory striped grosgrain ribbon.
This one featured the marigold and grey trend - very eclectic with these giant juicy marigold ranunculas, Tara and Sphinx Gold roses, Moonstruck roses, echeveria succulents, grey brunia, yellow kangaroo paws, and large dusty miller leaves.
This one featured peach and grey - very romantic but still modern.
Again those giant lush ranunculas in peachy green, Augusta Louise and Vendella roses, Porcelana spray roses, some early Spanish Dancer roses (they are usually more bright), grey brunia, and large grey dusty miller leaves. Tied with a titamium grey satin ribbon.

Weddings performed during and immediately following the Middle Ages were often more than just a union between two people. They could be a union between two families, two businesses or even two countries. Many weddings were more a matter of politics than love, particularly among the nobility and the higher social classes. Brides were therefore expected to dress in a manner that cast their families in the most favorable light, for they were not representing only themselves during the ceremony. Brides from wealthy families often wore rich colors and exclusive fabrics.
