Another find at the show - these black and white pages from a book of moths. I always though that moths didn't get the credit they deserved - the ugly stepsister to the beautiful butterfly. But I find the tones of browns and creams you find on moths to be just lovely. You can see little patterns as you look closely at their delicate powdery wings.
I love how these drawings are grouped together in some cases with bits of their natural surroundings and in various stages of life. Such a treat to have 40 of them together. And don't even get me started with the rounded corners on the paper - right up my alley!
