Some tempting Russel Wright pottery sets at the antique show - great color story on these
...
Here is the view from our hotel out onto the lake - very New Englandy feel - lots of architecture we don't see out west - saltboxes and the like. The water looks so glassy at 5:45am.
here are some fun repros - a divan in a vintage style - this booth also had some gustavian chairs. new birdhouses made from vintage materials
more repros from Great Stuff by Paul - always fun to watch the buyers hovering like bees as the truck gets unloaded
gorgeous vintage cast iron painted garden urn - anyone have a spare $750? also some cute new cement pots on an old plant stand
and a beautiful pristine vintage men's collar display - almost a work of art as they seem to be floating
and a sweet booth by Au Ciel antiques - all pastel paints. I was tempted by the sign but held strong.
a cute Eastlake piece that was maybe a dining room hutch or mantel topper. She painted it and added the fabric panels.
WOW! I've always wanted to go to this show!
I have one of Paul's big ol' dough bowls. It leans against my breakfast room cabinet. One of these days, I'll order something else from Paul!
I love all the photos. I wish I had been there!

I don't know why, but I love that men's collar display-it's amazing that something like that has survived in such great condition for so long! That place looks dangerous, I think I would go completely broke in just one day. Have you found any great treasures yet? How are you getting it all home?

I too, am completely enchanted by the men's collar display. I would not have been able to resist that...can't wait to see what you couldn't resist!
